DRC announces 50th Class of Leadership Dallas

The Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC) is pleased to announce the 50th class of Leadership Dallas, the premier leadership development program in the Dallas Region. The Leadership Dallas Class of 2025 includes 55 talented new members from a diverse group of companies and organizations.

Established in 1975 by the DRC, the Leadership Dallas program unlocks leadership potential and inspires class members to elevate engagement within their organizations and communities. The nine-month curriculum positions class members to address the challenges and opportunities facing the Dallas Region.

“For 50 years now, Leadership Dallas has been an incubator for change-makers—leaders who use their expertise, talents, and knowledge gained through the Leadership Dallas program to help make the Dallas Region the best place for all people to live, work, and do business,” said DRC President & CEO Dale Petroskey. “We are so proud to celebrate Leadership Dallas’ golden anniversary with this class of highly motivated leaders ready to take their impact on our region to the next level.”

Class members learn through lectures, discussion groups, and a community class project. The curriculum’s topics include economic development, public policy, education and workforce, health care, criminal justice, innovation, arts and culture, and more.

“Leadership Dallas has been a cornerstone of community leadership and service for 50 years, nurturing individuals who are passionate about driving positive change in our region,” said Olympia Newman, Managing Director of Leadership Programs at the DRC. “This year, we honor our legacy by equipping each participant with the skills and vision to lead with integrity, innovation, and inclusivity, ensuring a lasting impact on the Dallas Region for generations to come.”
